Associate Professor (Teaching) - Deputy Director MBA (Human Resource Management and Coaching) The appointment will be on UCL Grade 9.

The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. GBSH is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of leaders in the global health economy by building on UCL’s proud tradition of cross-disciplinary academic excellence in education and research.  University College London (UCL) is one of the world’s top research universities. UCL boast comprehensive multidisciplinary and cross faculty excellence that is mirrored in GBSH.  The scope of this role spans across the MBA Health and Executive MBA Health programmes while also contributing to teaching on the MSc Global Healthcare Management programme.  We are looking for a Deputy MBA Director and Associate Professor (Teaching) to lead the professional and career development of our MBA students while also contributing to teaching on the MBA Health and Global Healthcare Management programme, in collaboration with the GBSH team. You will work across UCL to ensure that MBA students are able to meet their career potential through high quality activities that support their programme by providing oversight of the pastoral and academic support. You will work closely with the MBA Director to develop a team to deliver the MBA Health and Executive MBA Health programmes. You will contribute to training of teaching and professional services staff engaged with the MBA programmes.

You will be required to hold a PhD in organisational behaviour/human resource management or related field and a qualification in coaching or mentoring. We are looking for experience of teaching an MBA programme or related programme and knowledge of current diversity, inclusion, accessibility issues in business and management. You will have demonstrable experience leading a positive culture change or culture creation within an organization. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH.
