We are seeking a plumber to join our busy and proactive team serving a varied portfolio of College properties.  The plumber will work as an integral part the maintenance team, and duties will range from reactive maintenance and repairs to carrying out planned preventative maintenance and minor project work.

For this position you must have a recognised apprenticeship and some experience in working with planned preventative maintenance. You should have good organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload and carry out work without close supervision.  As part of the Maintenance Team, you’ll also work together with your colleagues to assist with other maintenance jobs as part of the College’s work in maintaining and enhancing the College estate.
