Solving queries, troubleshooting issues and investigating system behaviour, your attention to detail will be integral to our Product Catalogue management, making this role perfect for someone who’s hands-on with internal systems and wants to get involved with building bigger and better data.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setting up course products on relevant BPP systems – working closely with key stakeholders
  • Guaranteeing all deadlines for product management are met
  • Processing changes to capacity, location or date of courses, as well as any cancellations
  • Effectively communicating all system changes to relevant parts of the business
  • Maintaining accurate set-up records – consistent action timelines and documented evidence
  • Assisting in data gathering/manipulation activity to support successful set-up
  • Working with operations teams to build data in systems
  • Contributing to development of the grading and assessment functionality within BPP
  • Supporting attendance marking set-up and administration
  • Investigating queries, issues, system behaviour and other product set-up duties
