The University of Nottingham are looking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to join our OFSTED “Outstanding” provisions on a fixed term basis.

With a strong commitment to high quality provision, you will need to be creative and able to provide a stimulating environment for children that engages their interest, curiosity, exploration and discovery skills. Working as part of a dedicated team you will be required to build strong relationships with the children and their families, whilst providing a safe and emotionally secure environment in which the children can thrive.  As a job share post holder you will have joint responsibility for developing your working relationship and methods with your job share partner.

You will have access to a supportive management, focused on your development and career progression. We will carry out and analyse regular observations and produce individual development plans. You will have access to our Leadership and Management Academy, which allows you to develop your skills in managing, at all stages of your career, along with other relevant training.
