We are seeking a Research Associate to join a multidisciplinary team working on a project called “Many Happy Returns - Enabling reusable packaging systems”, which is funded by the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund (ISCF) programme Enabling Research on Smart Sustainable Plastic Packaging (SSPP). The Department of Psychology at The University of Sheffield is among the largest in the UK and has a vibrant research and study environment. At undergraduate level, we offer a Single Honours BSc in Psychology. At postgraduate level, we offer a range of MSc courses (including Psychological Research with Advanced Statistics and with Data Science, Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience, Human Neuroimaging and Cognitive Neuroscience and Systems Neuroscience), applied clinical training courses and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. We have over 150 students registered for higher degrees by research, and over 200 postgraduate taught students. Our NSS ratings have improved substantially over the past three years, maintaining this improvement is a key aim of the team.
