The University of South Wales is a vibrant University with around 1200 rooms nestled in the beautiful Welsh hills. The post holder will join the Estates and Facilities department and will head up the Accommodation team.

The role will be based predominantly in Pontypridd.

We are looking for an experienced accommodation manager who can really bring vision and drive to the USW halls of residence. We are looking for an individual who can promote and maintain a culture of “more than just a room” and bring fresh ideas to the services, facilities and in house residential life programs. We are seeking an individual that can drive the sales of our accommodation offer, and ensure a vibrant, safe, and memorable student experience.

This is a full-time permanent post.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges. If you are an internal professional services candidate, you will continue to be employed by the University of South Wales.
