You will have the opportunity to learn about many different health conditions and develop your skills in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research.

You will be involved in studies focused on the selection, development, psychometric validation of COAs. You will be involved in a range of research activities including conducting literature reviews, developing study protocols and statistical analysis plans, preparing study documentation for ethical review, the recruitment and interviewing of study participants, data analysis, the reporting of study findings, and writing conference abstracts/posters, and journal manuscripts. Currently, the PCO team is working from home due to the covid-19 pandemic. When it’s possible to return to the office it will be preferable for you to be within commuting distance of Bollington, but we will consider more remote working within the UK, provided there is a willingness to occasionally visit the office. Due to the global nature of our business, travel opportunities will also exist within the role following the pandemic.
