The Role
We are looking for a Faculty Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support as part of the Faculty Office in the School of Engineering and the Environment, based at our Roehampton Vale campus.

The role will directly support the Associate Head of School and the day-to-day running of one of the Schools and the Departments within it. You will act as the front of house to the Faculty and the role will contribute to the current SEE Change project co-ordinated by the Associate Head of School. This role will assist with the smooth running of meetings such as scheduling, minute taking and data collection. The role will also assist areas such as Learning and Teaching and Research and Enterprise within the school.

The Person
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person who is always keen to help, to join our friendly team. As the role acts as the front of house to the Faculty you will deal with a wide variety of people and will provide help to the Senior Management Team, academic staff and visitors.

We are looking for the ability to work flexibly, effectively and cooperatively with others, displaying a positive attitude towards tasks and people. This role will require sensitivity and the ability to handle confidential material delicately. We are looking for someone who works independently and is able to prioritise their workload without sacrificing attention to detail and the accuracy of their work.

Further Information
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 2 years with a starting salary of £25,312 per annum.
