Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading, is seeking a highly motivated and effective administrator to join our Student Recruitment team.
As a world-class business school we work in a highly competitive market, attracting some of the brightest and best students from across the globe from undergraduates to PhDs. We have ambitious plans to continue our growth strategy and this post is a customer-service led role to support our recruitment managers in their quest to provide outstanding service to potential students from initial enquiry to conversion and enrolment.

As the first point of contact, you will deal with potential students online via live chat, email or telephone. Key to this role is dealing directly with enquiries, promoting Henley Business School and maintaining accurate and up to date information. Using our CRM system you will ensure that our prospective students are supported throughout their process of enquiring, applying and ultimately joining us at Henley Business School. You will be also expected to work as part of a team in supporting recruitment events (such as fairs, open days and preview days) and our recruitment managers.
This is a full-time role offered on a permanent basis. The post will report to a regional recruitment manager (region to be determined) who will provide day-to-day guidance and line management support.
