The School of Business is seeking to appoint supervisors for MRES and DBA programmes on an ad hoc basis. We would particularly welcome applicants whose area of expertise lies in International Business/Management/HRM or International Strategic Management/ Economics and Accounting and Finance. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative and committed to delivering an excellent supervisory experience in online settings.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team with considerable expertise and experience postgraduate course delivery. It will be expected that the persons appointed will be familiar with contemporary developments in their discipline and will be able to contribute to course development and the creation of new online programmes.
The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent qualification, have excellent organisation and communication skills, be committed to the success of students, demonstrate effective learning, and excellent supervisory skills. Good interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work independently and collaboratively are core requirements for this post.
The majority of the supervisions will take place online and are flexible in terms of times and geographical location of candidates.
