The Department of Management is one of NBS’ five Departments with over 80 academic colleagues covering strategy, international business, entrepreneurship, business analytics, supply chain, operations and project management along with sustainability and CSR.  We are the largest of the Departments in NBS and the Department currently comprises of 9 Professors, 5 Associate Professors, 9 Principal Lecturers, 60 Senior Lecturers/Lecturers, and plans to expand over the next 5 years. The successful candidate will join the department, but also will be expected to join the Responsible and Sustainable Business Lab (RSB Lab), to further build the team of strong professors, research fellows, and PhD students: https://www.ntu.ac.uk/research/groups-and-centres/centres/responsible-and-sustainable-business-lab-rsb-lab-research-group

We are looking for an Associate Professor who will excel in teaching and research in the field of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working across disciplines to pursue responsible and sustainable business practices, and enjoys collaborative team-work. This person will join forward-looking Department, a great business school community, an active research centre (the RSBLab), and a caring University that prides itself on being an inclusive employer that has a strong reputation for supporting developing colleagues and their potential.
