Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) is a creative specialist university, with a strong portfolio of courses, a remarkable city centre campus in the creative quarter of Norwich, and a caring creative community of staff and students.
We are ambitious for our graduates and recognise their creativity and potential to positively impact the world around them. Supporting the development of their professional careers is core to our mission, and we take pride in their success. Our unique approach to transferrable skills development, NUA Profile, won a Guardian Education Prize in 2019, and is at the heart of our curriculum-based employability programme.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and committed person to work with our alumni community at NUA.
As part of the Business & Employability team, and working closely with the Marketing team, you will engage and support students in the closing stages of their course, and as they become alumni, managing contact with them and co-delivering the university’s employability programme. You will work closely with the Director of Innovation and Engagement in the development and delivery of a contact strategy to manage this relationship.
It is essential that you are highly organised, have excellent networking, communication and administrative skills, including an ability to create and use databases. You will also be someone who enjoys working within, and contributing ideas to a small, dynamic team.
NUA celebrates and embraces being part of an inclusive community that offers equality of opportunity and enables staff and students to flourish and succeed. Applicants of all backgrounds and personal circumstances are welcomed.
