About the vacancy: As an Executive Support Administrator in the Faculty of Business and Law, you will provide efficient PA and administrative support to our Head of Department for Law and Faculty Business Manager. This includes active diary management, organisation and administration of meetings, and managing the administrative process of staff recruitment activities. This is a varied role and you’ll be working as part of the wider Executive Support Team, supporting the daily business needs of our busy Executive Team.

About you: We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude. You’ll need to have a wide range of administrative experience and preferably, PA experience. You’ll be comfortable managing competing deadlines and requests. It’s essential that you are flexible, have good attention to detail skills and are able to approach your work in a calm and professional manner. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills.

We are looking for someone that works well within a team and has good IT skills, including email MS Office and experience working with databases. 

You will be supported in learning this role and given opportunities to develop your skills and experience. 

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus.

This is a full -time, fixed-term post until February 2023, working 37 hours per week.

The University is implementing a hybrid way of working therefore you will be expected to work on campus for part of your working week. Exact days will be agreed with your line manager.
