We are seeking a well organised, positive and flexible individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Registry team based at the High Wycombe campus. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for answering queries from students at the Registry Helpdesk, through the Enrolment and Graduation Helplines, and from specific Registry email inboxes and phone lines. You will demonstrate good administrative experience and close attention to detail for the job tasks related to office management and support for student-related processes, and you will have excellent computer skills for the data entry and reporting activities.
