We are looking for an experienced and professional Learning and Development Manager to lead our People Development programme in partnership with our Leadership and Talent Development Manager.

This role is for a fixed term of 6 months to cover the absence of the permanent post holder and is a great opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge of learning and development within the HE sector.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Experience of managing and working with a learning management system.
  • Experience of delivering an institution-wide learning and development programme.
  • The ability to build excellent working relationships within a short period of time across all levels at the University.
