We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our new mobile catering team. You will have a passion for providing high quality food in a busy environment and have proven experience of working with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes within a large kitchen.  You will also possess excellent operational standards, will relish the opportunity to assist in menu development and will be keen to learn and grow in your role. Other duties for the role include completing Food Safety documentation, cleaning equipment within the kitchen and servery areas and working with other Chefs to provide ideas for product improvement.

Candidates should either be qualified to NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar role. You should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills and be customer focused.

This is a permanent, full-time post. The hours of work are 36.25 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged working between 6.30am and 8.00pm, including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. This role attracts a 20% allowance for hours worked at the weekend. Job share arrangements would be considered.
