This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence Service and contribute to the development of the University's planning framework, associated processes and support project-related activities. The Service is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the University’s strategic planning processes and for delivering data analytics and insights to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the University to inform performance review and continuous enhancement. The Service works with senior and operational leaders across Faculties and Professional Services to provide support and leadership across a wide range of enhancement and compliance activities. This is a new post, within the Planning and Strategic Analysis team, to support and co-ordinate a wide range of planning activity, thematic groups and support project related programmes of work.
We are a small team with big ambitions, and we seek a team player who is highly organised and an excellent communicator who understands the business need and drivers for Higher Education institutions to have clear, accurate and accessible management information and business intelligence contributing to the University’s strategic development and direction. Our new team member will have excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, and be comfortable working on a range of business planning activities with colleagues across the service.
