The Education subject area comprises of the Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) degrees in Education and BA Primary Education as well as the Initial teacher Education (ITE) PGCE for both Secondary and Primary teacher training. We also work closely with the UG and PG Early Childhood Studies team.
About the Post
This full-time Senior Lecturer post in the Education subject area seeks a qualified and experienced professional in Special Educational Needs (Primary and/or Secondary) who has relevant and recent experience of working in schools and Higher Education, lecturing at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels of study.
Applicants should also have some experience of developing modules, courses and training programmes related to SEN. They will be required to teach at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels on Education degree programmes and contribute to training and course development on our ITE programmes.
