This is a fantastic opportunity to join the newly established and highly dynamic and exciting Centre for Business and Industry Transformation (CBIT). CBIT is established by the team who has created the top ranked entrepreneurship education programme in the UK (by Eduniversal), with a legacy of accelerating over 100+ innovative businesses.

Leveraging its £6.5m+ research funding portfolio, CBIT is a unique initiative that integrates Business Transformation research rigor into transformative Venture Building practice and disruptive leader education.

You will be a founding member of the CBIT, acting as the deputy director, and specially own the educational programme. You will design, develop and deliver a range of high quality programmes of study and lead the development of teaching and learning strategies. You will drive the expansion of educational programme to CBIT’s executive education and venture builder’s programme. You will also lead research development in your field.

You will also provide leadership/mentorship to others working within programs.

You are passionate about educating the next generation of future leaders.

You will have achieved national eminence and authority for the quality and impact from research and/or education activities, as well as a developed international profile in your fields of expertise. You will have experience of undertaking curriculum design and review, and of developing and delivering a range of programmes of study, predominantly at postgraduate level. Your teaching performance must be excellent, creative and adaptable, and evidenced by your experience. Your teaching will be informed by your own discipline based scholarship, as well as your own practice and research.

You are a well-rounded academics who will excel in the entrepreneurship related subject areas, such as innovation, leadership, new business models, digital transformation, change management, design thinking, service science etc.
