We are looking to appoint a motivated senior lecturer in Human Rights Policy and Practice with Centre for Development and Emergency Practice (CENDEP) team, School of Architecture, Oxford Brookes University. The post will be joining the multi-disciplinary team of CENDEP leading on the subject area of human rights.
This is a permanent, part-time (0.6FTE) contract.
Overall purpose of the post: The post holder will be expected to deliver module titled: Human Rights Policy and Practice for the MA Development and Emergency Practice (DEP) course. The post holder will also participate in other programme activities of CENDEP and school of architecture.
Qualifications required: PhD or equivalent research experience in development, emergency practice or human rights.
Experience required: The post holder is expected to have experience in the subject area of development and emergency practice, applying a lens of human rights. The post holder should also have experience in conflict or disaster area.
