The Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing is looking to recruit three Student and Course Administrators to deliver the highest quality frontline support to students and academics. The roles are based in a vibrant student facing office working as part of a large award-winning team within a dynamic faculty.
The roles are suited to applicants who are keen to develop a professional services career within Higher Education and offers candidates an excellent opportunity to develop skills and expertise in a range of higher education administrative functions whilst supporting, contributing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidates must demonstrate an ability to work flexibly within a team and to build and maintain sound working relationships in contributing to the delivery of an efficient and comprehensive support service.
We are looking for administrative experience, strong IT skills, good customer service and evidence of the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will also need an eye for detail, an organised approach and excellent communication skills.
There are few faculties across the UK university landscape as varied in their scope as the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing at Kingston University. We teach and research across a wide range of subjects, allowing for real cross-discipline innovation and creativity.

There are three positions available.
There is one full-time, permanent role with a starting salary of £25,312 per annum.
There are two part-time roles working 18.5 hours per week, fixed-term for 2 years with a starting salary of £12,656 per annum (50% pro rata to £25,312 per annum).
