Creative Writing in SoH offers an undergraduate minor, as well as postgraduate degrees (MA and PhD) in Creative Writing, as well as electives courses in Publishing.
The School of Humanities seeks to fill 1 Senior Lecturer or Lecturer position in Creative Writing and Publishing.
Candidates who have the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in Creative Writing and Publishing and related areas, supervise undergraduate theses, and contribute to the ongoing development of Creative Writing and Publishing as important academic disciplines in the school. An ability to teach broadly in the following areas will be an advantage: Creative Writing (general), Modern and Contemporary Poetry, Publishing, Editorial Strategies, and Publishing for the Creative Industries.
