About Us

Interview Date: 24 February 2022

Following continued growth, we wish to appoint a Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in Business Management to join our team. You can expect to contribute to both our research ambitions and curriculum development as we develop and extend our current portfolio over the next 2-4 years. You will have the opportunity to contribute to learning and teaching activities for UG, PG and, where relevant, at Doctoral level. Reflecting our signature ‘Active Blended Learning’ pedagogy, you will design and deliver interactive learning opportunities, applying learning technologies to engage learners and support their success. With the right skills, you can also expect to contribute to developing our commercial activities and business engagement in the region, nationally and internationally.

We want you to be able to carry out your work in a way that best supports UON and our students, but also you as an individual. We understand this may vary between different areas of the university as well as from one person to another. With Smarter Working you can work with increased flexibility, if you would like to, which can facilitate greater freedom and autonomy.

This post may be considered on a full time or fractional basis.
