About the role
The purpose of this role is to support our students as they navigate our digital learning resources and our brand-new Learning Space at our Ealing Studios, London campus. This position will signpost students to the appropriate areas for any other queries as well as aid with managing available resources. Based at Ealing Studios you will support all campus locations to provide a professional, efficient, and effective customer focused learning resource.
Our aim is to improve accessibility of learning resources digital. Students at MetFilm School are supported to use a range of devices to access electronic resources, media and learning systems for research, learning and assessment. We are looking for someone who is confident in the use of technology to help facilitate excellent customer service and understand the needs of students working in a digital environment. Therefore, good IT skills and knowledge and experience of utilising digital learning tools is essential.
