The successful candidate will provide supervision and daily performance management to a team of Student and Course Administrators to ensure effective and timely delivery of the required service provision and the highest quality of professional support at all times.
You will provide an efficient and effective operational support for the day to day service delivery of all degree apprenticeship, employers and course team activities across the faculty of Science Engineering and Computing. You will proactively influence and impact upon planning procedures for the continuous improvement of the Degree Apprenticeship processes. You will also meet all financial, operational and compliance targets in the delivery of this service thus ensuring an exceptional student experience is achieved which retains Kingston University’s reputation as an establishment of choice within higher education.
You will be a proactive self-starter and will possess the ambition and determination to achieve goals and objectives together with the organisation and perseverance to deliver both simple and complex tasks to a high standard. Coupled with this will be the ability to be proactive, using sound initiative to capitalise upon departmental opportunities and taking ownership within all aspects of the role.
You will also possess the ability to think analytically, identify patterns and connections between situations not obviously related and use this insight to formulate innovative and creative support solutions to ensure that the faculty meets and/or exceeds client requirements.

This is a permanent, part time position working 18.5 hours per week with a starting salary of £14,791 per annum (50% pro rata to £29,581 per annum).
