You will act as a main point of contact for university commercial partnerships and apprenticeship employers, as well as being engaged with local authorities for mutually beneficial work and delivering a high-quality customer service to UEL external partners. In this exciting customer facing role you will be responsible for supporting and growing UEL’s employer engagement and apprenticeships accounts daily management. You will ensure all tasks and activities are performed according to the Educations Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted requirements.
This is a client facing role responsible for supporting and growing UEL’s employer engagement and apprenticeships accounts day-to-day management. The post holder will work closely with Strategic Apprenticeships and Employer Engagement Manager, Head of Employer Partnerships, UEL academics and UEL employer partners in the UK and globally supporting an outstanding operational activity to deliver the university’s ambitious targets set out in the Vision 2028 corporate strategy. Together with the rest of the team, the post holder will be responsible for looking after existing and future university commercial partnerships and apprenticeship employers, as well as being engaged with local authorities for mutually beneficial work and delivering a high-quality customer service to UEL external partners This role involves working across several departments within UEL to ensure student data is maintained to ensure accuracy of student records. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring all student records are quality assured using APTEM (apprenticeship software).
We are looking for someone with experience in managing apprenticeships or other work-based learning programmes as well as with Continuing Professional Development/Continuing Education. Ideally the candidate will be familiar with education compliance regulators and the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). Our ideal candidate has experience managing employer relationships and growing engagement with accounts. This will be a good role for a highly organised individual with an ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline intensive, multiple stakeholder environment who is interested in the work-based learning and continuing professional development/continuing education markets.
