Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff.
Two opportunities have arisen to join the University’s HE Administration Team. Reporting to the HE Administration Manager, and working closely with the HE Administrators, Course teams, Finance, Student Welfare, the Academic Support team, the International team and the Student Union. These two new roles will be responsible for providing a high level of support to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who are experiencing difficulties. The roles will be responsible for taking a proactive role in ensuring the University supports student potential, nurtures talent, respects individuality and offers holistic guidance.
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be able to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those experiencing difficulties; and the skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders within a department and cross-departments.
