Education and Student Support/Teaching Quality Assurance and Enhancement

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 20 May 2022.

Summary of the role

This post works as part of a team to provide outstanding administrative support for quality and standards activity in four of the University’s Colleges (College of Social Sciences and International Study, Business School, College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences and the College of Medicine and Health).

You will be first point of contact for the team for general enquiries, provide excellent customer service to academic staff and external examiners accessing the services offered by the Quality and Standards. You will have responsibility for external examining processes, and the updating of modules to ensure correct information is provided to students.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.

About you

You should have excellent communication and IT skills with relevant administrative experience. You will have experience in a customer service role using databases and record systems.
