An exciting opportunity has arisen for providing analysis and insight in the Strategic Planning and Market Intelligence department of Oxford Brookes University. The department is a team within the Directorate of Academic and Student Administration https://www.brookes.ac.uk/asa/
This would suit somebody who is excited by using data and research to provide insight to business questions, and gaining an in-depth knowledge of multiple sources of data which provide insight to the Higher Education sector. Outcomes from this work will provide the data upon which decisions will be made to meet business objectives in areas such as developing new courses, marketing, and recruiting students (UK and non-UK).
You should expect to provide support to and work with a close team of analysts and planning partners, and be managed by the Market Intelligence Manager. We are looking for good data skills, attention to detail, the ability to communicate results in a simple way, and a genuine motivation to learn and answer questions. Previous experience of the Higher Education sector is not essential.
