What you will need to bring is commitment, flexibility, and dedication. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team and have a passion for customer care and a desire to deliver excellent service. Daily duties will include new member inductions, writing fitness programmes, delivering fitness classes, giving help and guidance to members, walking the gym floor engaging, interacting and looking after the well-being and motivation of our members.
Successful candidates will hold a NVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in gym/fitness instructing. We will support you to develop your skills and gain industry recognised qualifications to further your career. In addition, our team of experts in our Professional Development Department will work with you to find the course, funding or programme you need to help you fulfil your potential and take the opportunities you need to succeed.

This is a full time position (36.25hrs per week) and candidates will need to be flexible in their approach to their working hours, noting that the operational hours range between 05.30am and 11.00pm seven days a week. Job share arrangements may be considered.
