A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Resourcing Team at a pivotal time where we are shaping the future direction of recruitment activity.
The Resourcing Team is embarking on a significant period of change, investing in systems and technology to enhance the recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved in this change process and work alongside a supportive and collaborative team to transform the service.
The successful candidate will proactively engage with University colleagues, directing and advising on end to end recruitment processes. You will provide a responsive, customer focused service with an emphasis on excellence in customer experience, both from a candidate and hiring manager perspective.
This role will cover full lifecycle recruiting including defining recruitment campaigns, developing and executing sourcing methodologies and managing stakeholder relationships whilst developing innovative sourcing strategies which reflect our unique Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and enable our values to attract and hire diverse talent.
As well as a strong interest in recruitment gained from experience working within an in house or agency setting, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship building skills, a collaborative mentality, respect for fellow team members as well as a strong written ability with excellent attention to detail. You will also have pride in delivering an exceptional service with a pro-active approach whilst being professional, flexible and confident in dealing with individuals at all levels. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively when dealing with conflicting deadlines is essential as is confidence to work autonomously, manage your own workload effectively and positively engaging with change. Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous.
This full time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis. Remote working will be considered.
