We are looking for a Quality and Accreditations Officer to join our Quality and Accreditations Team.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the student experience. You will take the lead on large-scale student Course Enhancement Questionnaires within the Business School, ensuring efficient data collection and management of the surveys.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Particularly skilled in Microsoft Office, surveying applications and database applications with the ability to master new systems/software quickly
  • Enjoys creating and analysing datasets to inform relevant decision makers and identify areas for improvement and best practice.
  • Ability to manage hosting arrangements for accreditation review panels.  You should look forward to hosting these important guests, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels, and to collect data and develop reports.
  • Ability to use other data to build a comprehensive picture of the School’s performance against national benchmarks, as well as contribute to wider quality assurance and enhancement processes.
