We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Manager with excellent management, organisation, and communication skills. You should have experience of managing a team responsible for delivering a front-facing customer experience and have leadership skills to drive forward change to enhance the overall service delivery in partnership with key stakeholders.

Working in collaboration with another Team Manager, you will have shared responsibility for the management and supervision of the School’s Education Support Team, providing support and advice for all aspects of education and quality administration and delivery (UG, PGT and PGR). This will include working closely with the Education Manager and other key contacts (including the School Manager, Director of Learning and Teaching, Director of International, Programme Convenors, Assessment and Feedback Lead, and Admissions Tutors) to support the delivery of the School’s key education and quality objectives.  
 
The successful candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others and managing their own workload concurrently, evidence of the ability to solve expansive problems using initiative and creativity, and evidence of the ability to maintain the highest standards when faced with competing demands and deadlines. Candidates must also be able to evidence excellent IT skills (across all MS Office packages, to include virtual software). 

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and advertised on an open-ended basis.

Salary: £27,924 - £32,344 per annum (Grade 5)
