Are you a Reward Specialist looking for your next challenge? Do you want to work in partnership with staff, to develop and implement a new Total Reward Strategy that will make a real difference to Reward and Talent Management at UEA?
In a recent consultation exercise, 94% of staff told us that they wanted us to do further work and consultation to introduce more meaningful and flexible types of reward. We have an excellent opportunity to bring this vision to life and we’re looking for the right person to help us deliver a Reward Framework that is affordable, sustainable and most importantly, which delivers results!
You’ll take a hands-on approach in working with your team to shape a completely new service, so you’ll need experience of driving change to ensure business results are achieved and sustained. Demonstrable stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to challenge, influence and facilitate outcomes at all levels are essential. You will also have an excellent understanding of recent developments in reward and benefits and experience of working in a specialist role in this area.
In line with Government advice, we’re currently working from home. The University is also supporting a hybrid-working pilot of at home and on campus ‘hybrid’ working, so it would be possible for the successful candidate to be based remotely. We positively encourage discussions about how your working arrangements can be agreed to best balance the needs of the role and your personal circumstances. To arrange an informal and confidential discussion about any aspect of the role please contact Linda Cole, Associate Director of Resourcing, Reward and Performance on Linda.email@example.com
