The role
The Sport, Exercise & Health Division are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our Hospitality offer at our Outdoor Sports facilities at Coombe Dingle Sports Complex.
As a member of the Business Development Team, the successful candidate will play an important role in support the income generation for the Division. There is a particular focus on, alongside our strategic priorities (outlined below) our Hospitality provision @Destination Dingle.
The Hospitality focused team within Business Development consists of numerous student casual staff and also a chef contracted to 24hours per week. During the first 2 student terms, the busy days are Wednesdays and Saturday (alongside matches). Then during the summer term and the summer – the working days vary as cricket matches are played on different days throughout the week. At Coombe Dingle we have community groups on site as well as student groups.

You should apply if
You have experience working behind a bar and have good customer service to a wide range of clientele. A passion for Sport is also preferable but not essential.
Work patterns will mostly consist of Wednesday evenings and Saturdays - with other days available also during the summer period.
