The University is seeking a Plumbing / Heating & HVAC Operative to join the Estates and Facilities Management team.
The postholder will report to the Plumbing/Heating and HVAC manager and work with a team of operatives that support the successful running of the University campus. This includes working with the Universities schools, professional services, campus living, tenants and sports.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a large technical response team carrying out asset management, H & S, statutory, work processes and compliance tasks. You will be expected to deliver to a structed programme ensuring the universities maintenance compliance standards are met while delivering within budget and ensuring performance is not compromised.
