JOB OVERVIEW

The University of Hertfordshire (UH) is seeking to appoint vibrant, creative and inspirational tutors to join our thriving pharmacy team at our Egyptian Branch Campus hosted by Global Academic Foundation where we offer world-class British Education in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt bringing globally accredited degrees from the UK to Egypt. Our students come from diverse backgrounds to initially study our 1-year International Foundation Programme followed by the Pharmaceutical Science and MPharm programmes.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at the UH Egyptian Branch Campus on a full-time permanent contract. You’ll join a friendly and supportive team that has a variety of different teaching experiences. Working in the contemporary campus, you will be given the chance to teach in modern facilities, delivering Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacology curricula.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this job, you’ll deliver Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacology curricula for the MPharm and Pharmaceutical Science programmes. Our class sizes give you the opportunity to be innovative whilst providing an engaging learning experience. You’ll have the opportunity to also assist the students with their academic skills, exam preparation and will have assessment responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacy/Pharmacology from UK or any western university.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of technology.
• You’ll be proficient in the use of learning technologies.
