Postgraduate Education Administrator (Digital Maternity Leaders Programmes)

Job Summary

Are you an organised, proactive individual with demonstrable administrative experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education Team in the Institute of Global Health Innovation working on a new programme targeted at Digital Maternity Leaders in the NHS. This key role supports the end-to-end postgraduate journey from admissions to graduation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and management support to ensure the efficient delivery and smooth running of two new programmes – a Postgraduate Certificate and Foundation programme in Digital Maternity Leadership
• Act as an ambassador for the programmes, building collegiate relationships across the College while carrying out day-to-day processes
• Maintaining programme artefacts
• Supporting day-to-day planning and delivery
• Entrusted with handling key relationships and will be given scope to improve processes to better serve stakeholders

Essential requirements

• Experience of working in higher education programme administration role
• Knowledge of higher education policies and processes
• An awareness of data protection guidelines or experience of managing confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work effectively with senior members of staff
• A clear understanding for the need and practice of customer focus and customer relationship skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail, accurate
• grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Ability to implement a methodical and accurate approach to work with attention to detail
