An exciting position has arisen for Team Leader (Evaluations and NHS Relations) in the Centre for Medical Education, School of Medicine.

You will be responsible for managing the NHS Liaison team, working proactively to support the remit of the NHS Liaison Unit with the implementation an all Wales education strategy for medical student evaluation of clinical placements.  Working closely with Cardiff, Swansea and Bangor universities and University Health Boards across Wales, you will lead on managing clinical placement evaluations and the Honorary Title process for clinicians supporting medical education.  

Liaising with and working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, you will support and advise on enhancing clinical evaluations and recommending areas for continuous improvement.   You will have effective communication skills, the proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders, evidence of the ability to use initiative to solve problems and respond to queries ensuring compliance with standard procedures and practices, and the ability to work unsupervised to deadlines.
