Applications are invited for the position of PA to the Deputy Director of Finance within the Finance Division.
The role holder will provide a comprehensive management administration service to the Deputy Director of Finance and other Senior Officers to ensure the efficient and effective management of the individuals' time and work. The role holder will provide an efficient and effective administrative and project planning function for a variety of projects.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have good time management and the ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload. They should also be highly competent in standard software packages, e.g. Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
Candidates should be educated to A-level standard / GCSE standard, or equivalent, including Mathematics and English. They should hold a HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or equivalent level of practical experience.
