We are seeking an Attendance and Engagement Officer to work with multiple teams across the university to uphold the attendance policy and improve learning experience and achievement for students.
Within this role, you will provide support to ensure the university is compliant in accordance with UKVI, will monitor students against compliance and will coordinate communication to students who fall below the minimum attendance policy. You will also guide academic teams on the use of the attendance system and will ensure the attendance and engagement information on our intranet site is up to date for academic staff.
You’ll be confident in your ability to manipulate and sort data in excel and to create reports and share information with wider audiences. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively liaise with a range of different stakeholders including students and staff from across the University. In addition, you will be highly organised with good IT skills.
