An opportunity has arisen to lead the Fitness Team, for a proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised individual to apply their technical and working knowledge of health and fitness to provide leadership, training and staff delivery standards to staff and visitors to the facilities.
The post-holder will ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness activities and guest service, as well as the on-going development of the Fitness Centre. They will help improve the health and fitness of the Centre’s guests, by managing and organising a team of fitness professionals, as well as ensuring high delivery standards across the department.
The post holder must have a confident communication style and is responsible for ensuring that all staff support the overall objectives of the department and that excellent service is delivered to SSP users.
The Fitness Centre at Surrey Sports Park is one of the best in the area and the post holder is required to lead the direction of its offering and development under the guidance of the Sport & Fitness Delivery Manager
