Team Leader - Campus Bars

Your role as a Team Leader 

We are looking for a talented, ambitious, and passionate Team Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customers across multiple bars on University Park or Jubilee Campus. 

As the Team Leader you be required to serve a wide range of food and beverages including a variety of cocktails, train and motivate staff and order stock. Other duties will include general cleaning of the Bar and associated areas and cash handling. You will also work with the team to develop ideas for improvements to service and will promote excellent customer service within your team at all times.

As a Team Leader you will lead by example, be inclusive, fair, and respectful and able to adapt to change quickly.

Hours of work 35 per week to be arranged, 5 days out of 7, working anywhere between 10am-midnight including regular weekends. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
