We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual to support the work of HealthReach, an innovative, mobile facility delivering interactive, health-related sessions to young people. If you’re passionate about promoting health careers to the next generation, this could be the role for you.

Based in the Recruitment and Outreach team at the University, you will work on developing, delivering, and evaluating a programme of on and off-campus outreach sessions and support the continued development of healthcare-related outreach activity.

In addition, you will work on the planning and delivery of the Royal College of Nursing Cadet Programme in Berkshire, which will be delivered in partnership with health organisations in the region.

You will have:

  • Recent professional experience in a health or care setting
  • Ability to translate healthcare related scenarios into engaging interactive sessions for young people
  • Knowledge of current career pathways within health, social care, and life sciences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Experience of teaching or training
