This position will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the School’s Education portfolio, working with the Director of Education, Director of PGT Studies, Director of PGR Studies, Director of UG Education of the School of Public Health and the School Manager. The postholder will line manage the education administration team in the School, providing high-level support for the School’s education activities. She/he will also take on a major role in the continued development of priority education/teaching strategies, which include:
There will be considerable liaison with academic, managerial and administrative staff across the School, the Faculty and College, as well as with external organisations and partners, namely Coursera for the fully online Global Master of Public Health.
Duties and responsibilities
You will work closely with the programme teams regarding strategy, portfolio development, resourcing, teaching operations: ensuring continuity across the provision and the highest quality student experience to ensure the smooth running of development and consistency of approach and quality.

You will need an excellent level of education (minimum degree level or equivalent experience), plus extensive experience within a high-level, lead/management role in higher education student administration/operations.
