Part Time, Fixed Term - Professional Services
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is recruiting a Research Grants Officer. The successful applicant will primarily support researchers in preparing their proposals for external funders of research. This includes, but is not limited to, advising on the drafting and content of proposals in line with the funding guidance, facilitating our internal peer review process, liaising with the university's pre-award team in the Research, Innovation and Enterprise Directorate on costs as well as sign-posting potential funding opportunities to researchers. This post would suit those with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process!
This post is on a fixed-term basis for 22 hours per week until 31 August 2023. The contractual location for this role is our Headington campus in Oxford; however, there will be an opportunity to explore and agree on flexible and/or hybrid working options, and we will consider any proposed arrangements.

CV and Personal Statement:
