We have an exciting opportunity in our department for A Product Manager of Productivity within the Digital Workplace Team.

The role includes:

  • Creating, owning and delivering the Product Roadmap and the approach to design and develop high-quality services for the University
  • Taking responsibility for the following Products;
    • Digital Skills
    • University Core Collaboration suite - Google Workspace
    • Video Conferencing
    • Filestore
    • Survey Tools
    • Electronic Signatures
    • 3rd party App store
  • Championing user experience, service design, accessibility and inclusivity across the  roadmap
  • Building strong relationships across the University to ensure that all products and services meet operational and strategic needs.
  • Embedding an Agile product development approach across the Product Team. 
  • To be responsible for managing, leading and coordinating teams in order to ensure deliverables against the product roadmap

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in building and managing successful, high performing individuals and teams
  • Significant experience with product lifecycle development and processes
  • Experience in building Higher education focussed delivery teams and transforming traditional development functions into high
  • Experience in managing the products within the product area and the broader Digital Workplace Product group
  • A strategic and technology-led mindset to help inform customer needs and disrupt traditional views.
