Simulation Technician - TEL (Health & Social Care)
Based at Oxstalls Campus (Health & Social Care are relocating from Oxstalls to the new City Campus in Gloucester next year with a provisional date of September 2023)

We are seeking to appoint a Simulation Technician with a focus on technology enhanced learning (TEL) to support our health and social care programmes. The successful candidate will be part of a team of Simulation Technicians supporting the School of Health and Social Care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately qualified, experienced, and motivated individual to join our rapidly growing provision.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the School of Health and Social Care at the University of Gloucestershire. The school’s teaching facilities are being further developed in preparation for the next academic year and there has been a substantial investment in new technologies including our VR provision. The new Simulation Technician (TEL) will work within our technician team to support our full range of simulation activities and act as a key point of contact and day to day support for academics integrating some of these new technologies into their teaching.

The role will primarily support the full range of Nursing, Allied Health Professions and Social Work programmes located at Oxstalls Campus.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our rapidly growing team.
Although this is principally a support role, the appointed individual will be expected to undertake practical demonstrations, assist with teaching and support research activities.
