Applications are invited to apply for the post of Head of SportsPark at The University of Reading.

At Reading, Activity and Sport is a key element of the student experience. The SportsPark team is responsible for encouraging participation in sport, health and fitness activities across our campuses, to enhance student, staff and the wider communities wellbeing. Our team work hand in hand with the Students’ Union to deliver great club and society events across a wide range of sports and activities. Our SportsPark is not only about running great sport facilities but also about the activities and programmes that are delivered to build a sense of belonging and community for all. To help deliver this, we need a customer focused sport professional who has experience in a similar field to head up this dynamic and passionate team. 

You will have:

  • Significant experience at a management level in a sports & leisure environment
  • Managing sports development projects 
  • Understanding how to deliver excellent customer/student experience
