The Institute of Health Sciences Education (IHSE) invites applications for the post of Student Support Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative processes within the Student Support service, advise students of such processes, maintain email accounts and diaries, and contribute to enhancing the student experience.
The post-holder will be responsible for the effective provision of administration in the Student Support service. Applicants should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. They will also need to be empathetic to the needs of the students, have insight into the importance of effective administrative structures and processes, and have the knowledge and experience of working in higher education or equivalent area.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London but includes home working, too. The Student Support service work to a hybrid working pattern. It is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date of February 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £29,642 - £36,348 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
